I trust fox more than anyone but dont have time to watch it, so this is a great app that keeps up with all the major stories. Updated All the time so I always have the breaking news

I watched the news while in another state. Kept me up todate with the weather and happenings in my town.

This app is really beautiful and it makes the content shine. I really like swiping through stories, it is addicting ! I love discovering local stories in my nearby feed that I wouldnt be able to find anywhere else.

wish the organic content strength in Nearby growth in global cities as well, so we can search by location if not there

I never knew I wanted an app like this until I started using it - though you can use it to discover and share nationally and internationally relevant news, I love it for its hyper-local discovery. Like stuff happening in your town or even your block. Its like Flipboard meets Twitter!

Great app. Easy to find unique and unusual stories outside of what you see on the cnn and bbcs of the world. Clean fast Tinder style UI. If you like or dislike, swipe and the next story comes up instantly. Ive gotten a lot of stories and moments I havent seen elsewhere across mainstream news. Addictive and entertaining way to spend time and maybe make you a little smarter.

There isnt the concept of followers in this app! Your content is what really matters!

Basically takes a news app that already exists and combines it with Spotifys UI and Tinders swipe function- nothing new, little confusing, like the thought though

Love this app! Such a great way to discover local and untold stories that are relevant to me.

Im terrible when it comes to keeping up with current events and latest news unless its a trending article on my Newsfeed. Ive tried to do the podcasts and the online newspaper subscriptions, etc but I never stuck with them. So far, Ive actually stuck with Ripple. Probably because its meant for the information snacking Ive made a habit of and its (sadly) easy to shift through like one does for potential partners on Tinder. You swipe to skip if youre not interested and you click to read more if you are based on titles no longer than a Twitter status. As much as I admire the traditional newspaper, Ripple makes more sense for my generation of short attention spans who is always looking for the next interesting bit of underground information. :) Only wish there was a "Read Later" function to bookmark articles for later!

Ive been using this news app for a few weeks now to quickly share hyperlocal stories with rest of the world, and to see what else is being shared with me. This new upgrade has made it much easier to search by location and topic. Looks smoother too. Nice work!

The new version of the app is great. So many more interesting stories that you dont see anywhere else. Also love the stickiness of the newly designed user interface. I am begging to understand more how much impact my ripple has by going in depth and looking at the stats map.

What I like about this app is the ability to drop into just about anywhere in the world to read what people are talking about locally. My favorite part is that I can write my own story. The newest design is really cool, too.
